SANship; Ozekhomhe, Etsako club 81, others, celebrate Yusuf Asamah kadiri

It was celebration galore as friends, kinsmen,associates, class mates and others regaled in the news of Prince Yusuf Kadiri Asamah's conferment with the prestigious SAN.
Prince Asamah, a scion of the kadiri royal family of Auchi, was among the select group of 72 other Senior Advocates of Nigeria, SAN, sworn in at a colourful ceremony in Abuja.
By this singular feat, he becomes the first lawyer from the Ikelebe Royal Dynasty of Auchi kingdom to be decorated with the silk robe of a SAN.
In Abuja, the Etsako club 81,a foremost association of prominent Etsako indigenes where Asamah was a past President organized a befitting reception in his honour.
The gathering which took place at the Abuja palatial office of Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, OFR, who also double as host was attended by prominent bigwigs, amongst were President, Etsako Club 81, Dr Mamudu Dako, Hon Justice Hilary Oshomah, Dr Phillip Ugbodaga, Mr Taiwo Akerele, Ehi Uwaifo, Osayende Akugbe, Usman Dauda, Mrs Toyin Omogbadegun, Dr Nasir Badamosi, Wajeed Obomeghie, Maxwell Kadiri, Tony Oduma, .
it was an occasion where chief Ozekhomhe formally said:
"We welcome the new Silk to the inner Bar. May God bless him and keep energised."
The highlight of the occasion was the presentation of a plaque by Dr Mamudu Dako, President Etsako club 81 to the New SAN, Barrister kadiri .
Similarly,to commemorate the special milestone, a group of his close friends and associates which cuts across tribe, religious and political affiliations, pooled resources to celebrate one of their own by placing advert in a major national daily.
The advert also extolled his uncommon virtues even as it highlighted some landmark contributions pioneered by Prince Asamah in the development of law and the legal profession in the country, which led to his been crowned with the SAN title.
Also, Asamah' s class mates in the Faculty of Law of the University of Benin, were not left out as they also took out advert in a national daily to wish him more honours.
