Abductors of president of Fugar _America Foundation demands N10 million ransom

The rates of kidnapping along the Benin-Auchi road is yet to rebate inspite of the concerned raised by travellers on that route 

one of the recent victims is the 
President of Fugar America Foundation, Mr Dennis Abuda.

Mr  Abuda, an Atlanta, US-based Realtor, was abducted on Saturday along the Benin-Auchi highway of  Edo State.

Abuda, a native of Fugar, was on his way from Fugar to Lagos to catch a flight to Atlanta in the United States (US).

The Atlanta-based Realtor was returning to the US after his Christmas vacation in Nigeria.

it is gathered that his abductors have  established link  with Abuda’s family and they are demanding a ransom of N10 million.

BORBDA Establishes four integrated farm in Edo state

By DADA AYOKHAI The Management of Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority (BORBDA), has in line with the federal government policy of shifting from oil to the non oil of the economy with emphasis on Agriculture has  established four integrated farms in Edo state. The farms located in Benin, Auchi, okpe and Uneme N'Ekhua were recently virtually commissioned by the minister of water resources, Engr Suileman Hussein Adamu from Benin, Edo state capital.
