PDP will take over power in 2023_, Yisa Braimoh

The former  Senator who  represented  Edo north district  at the 6th Senate, Senator Yisa Braimoh said PDP will take over  Federal power come 2023.

Senator Braimoh made the statement during  an interview in Abuja during the inauguration of  former PDP Non Serving Senators Forum.


According to him " the spiral return of PDP to power at the centre come 2023  will be based on  the ability of “ the party to aptly engage all provisions of its conflict resolution mechanisms and thereafter successfully manage the emerging leadership  problems at the PDP NWC, to avoid imminent implosion within the party"

The PDP National leader of the Owan clan  extraction in Edo north further said "However a new and heightened apathy against the ruling APC Government will soon envelope the country nationwide , leaving all doors wide open for a reformed PDP to grab power  at abuja again".

" And with the newly inaugurated PDP NON SERVING SENATORS FORUM which parades four former Senate Presidents , SP’s Ayim  Pius Ayim , Adolf Wabara , David Mark , Bukola Saraki  and numerous former senate principal officers and almost one hundred non serving PDP Senators , the stage is now truly set for the PDP to bounce back to power come 2023 ".

 "The newly inaugurated PDP SENATORS FORUM has the capacity and experience to evolve the right and best decisions of national interests and importance for the PDP and the Nigerian populace , at this point in time" .

“ There is no doubt that the inherent but intimidating and abundant resourcefulness in the PDP NON SERVING SENATORS FORUM will influence and determine way forwards and outcomes for the PDP , especially in the emergence of a new PDP national chairman at the October/November national convention , and the zoning/ emergence of PDP’s 2023 Presidential candidate .” ,
 Senator Yisa Braimoh further projected .

We are now heading for “ a new dawn “ in Nigeria , come Feb 2023 he said.

Auchi Microfinance Bank groans under high customers debt profiles

By DADA AYOKHAI  The management of Auchi Microfinance Bank (AMFB), yesterday, decried the high indebtedness of customers to the bank just as it urges customers to pay up in order to remain in business. Chairman of the financial institution, Hassan Momodu, expressed his resentment at its 22nd and 23rd joint annual general meetings of the bank in Auchi, Edo  According to him "We are using this medium to appeal passionately to our shareholders and the general public that are indebted to us to pay up to reduce our yearly provisioning and improve our profitability”,  Momodu also said that the increase in the fund in the period under review represented a 29 percent improvement on the fund. He maintained that the bank’s gross earnings within the period was N143.8million as against N131.1million in the 2018 financial year.
