Ihonvbere embarks on construction of Nomadic Schools in Owan

The Hon member representing owan federal constituency at the National Assembly, Prof Julius ihonvbere has embarked on a construction of Nomadic schools across the constituency.
Prof Ihonvbere made the disclosure on his Instagram page.
According to the lawmaker, who is the Chairman, House committee on Basic Education, said his intervention in the construction of the schools is to help give them a facelifts.
He said:
"Displeased with the dilapidated condition of most of the Nomadic schools in terms of structures, absence of teachers and furniture, hence my decision to intervene. When this project is completed, it will provide a habitable learning environment for the students."
"Upon funding of the 2021 Fiscal year Zonal Intervention Projects by the Federal Government, I have initiated the construction of two (2) classrooms, with office and stores, a block of three (3) VIP toilets and supply of furniture to Eaka Nomadic Primary School, Urhoe in Owan East Local Government Area of Edo State."
"This project brings the total number of schools to be constructed this month to three (3), along side the Construction of Classrooms, Office, Store, Solar powered panels with batteries and furniture for pupils, teachers and headmaster/principal at Azama College, Otuo and Edeseme Primary School, Ukhuse-Osi in Owan East and West Local Government Areas of Edo State respectively."
"With the construction of the School, the teachers and pupils will be happy to study in a conducive environment and this will also increase the enrolment of more students into the Nomadic school."
"I want to further reassure constituents that, I will continue to do my best to provide good representation and also to encourage them to take full responsibility/ownership of any project cited in the Constituency."
