Obaseki, Shaibu set to apply Oshawo-Oshiomole's formular on Orbih, others

The Obaseki-Shaibu camp is not in any way relenting on their mission to ensure they take over the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) structures in the state.

The Edo State governor, Mr Godwin Obaseki had during the not too successful stakeholders meeting held  at the government house, directed that harmonization between  the old PDP members and the defectors from the All Progressives Congress (APC) be completed within a week.

Unfortunately, the Obaseki loyalists are not succeeding in the agenda of harmonization as they envisaged hence the need for alternative plan .

The alternative plan  said to have been hatched, is to make use of the Oshawo-Oshiomole's formular.

The formular was deployed by the duo of Obaseki-Shaibu during their days in APC where the Oshiomole's ward chairman, Mr Stephen oshawo  and some party members were made to have suspended Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the then National chairman of the APC, which eventually led to his exits as the National chairman of the party.

The formular is specifically targeted at chief Dan Orbih, former state chairman of the PDP,  who is believed to have been the major obstacle to the harmonization agenda.

Based on this, the Obaseki loyalists are wooing the Orbih's ward chairman which has made him to have suspended him (Orbih) from the party.

 Other old  leaders who are also antagonist to the harmonization agenda are also on the list of having the Oshawo-Oshiomole's agenda.

BORBDA Establishes four integrated farm in Edo state

By DADA AYOKHAI The Management of Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority (BORBDA), has in line with the federal government policy of shifting from oil to the non oil of the economy with emphasis on Agriculture has  established four integrated farms in Edo state. The farms located in Benin, Auchi, okpe and Uneme N'Ekhua were recently virtually commissioned by the minister of water resources, Engr Suileman Hussein Adamu from Benin, Edo state capital.
