Attempted arrest of Ogieneni: Ayua indigenes, Imodagbe Families in Jattu under attack

The recent faceoff between the Ogieneni of Uzairue, HRH Kadiri Omogbai with some security operatives over an attempted arrest which was allegedly linked to prominent daughter from Ayua community said to be married to a state governor is presently taking a violence dimension.
Some members of the Ayua community and the Imodagbe family where the Kogi governor wife hails from, have complained of being attacked and their houses invaded by men suspected to be thugs ordering them to move out from Jattu .
The victims alleged that one Mr Omogbai Yusuf Eze from Omogbai's family in Iyauno quarters lead the attack on them and their houses.
Speaking on the development, one of the victims of the attacks, Abdulhakeem Mohammed said, "...I was in my residence in Jattu when thugs invaded my house and attacked me with sophisticated weapons, causing me body injuries .
According to him, " Mr Omogbai Yusuf Eze said the Ogieneni of Uzairue asked me to vacate Jattu community together with my family".
The mob were also alleges to have visited the premises of Mrs. Rasheedat Bello's mother's house trying to wreck havoc on the building together with the mosque.
The Youth Chairman of the area who tried to calm the tension howver became a victim of the mob.
They have been reported to have invaded the family residence and business premises of members of Imodagbe families in Jattu, asking them to quit the community.
Similarly, it was reported that the attacks on Imodagbe family members in Jattu was fueled by the recent video where the Ogieneni addressed the Community of the failed attempted arrest.
However, efforts to speak with the alleged Leader' of the team, Omogbai Yusuf Eze proved abortive.
This is barbaric and pervation of justice. They need to be rightly addressed.
