I remain Owan West constituency best option for Edo Assembly seat - Barr Unuigboje

One  of the PDP young  turks in  Owan West Local Government Area, Barr. Frank Obomeighe Dix Unuigboje, said he has succumbed to pressure from his kinsmen and Owan West people/leadership to represent their interest at the Edo  State House Assembly  come 2023.

According to Barr. F.O.D. Unuigboje, he has within the last few months transversed the length and breath of the Local Government consulting with both the political and opinion leaders of the Local Government Area who have encouraged him to run for the seat.

The outcome of the  consultation in his words, remains the fact that he remains the best material to represent the interest of the good people of Owan West.

 One of  Owan political leaders who spoke in annoymity  stated that  frank  has demonstrated maturity, experience, trust and loyalty to the party despite all intrigues meted out to him in the past in his bid to represent  the constituency at the hallowed chamber.

Barr. Unuigboje felt bad about the fact that the Owan West LGA has retrogressed in terms of representation in the district.

He however promised to redress the anomalies if given the mandate.

Barr Unuigboje who was a former Chairmanship and House of Assembly aspirant who was not given the opportunity by the party due to intrigues said he has forgotten the past injustices with a view for better tomorrow. 
 
The House  of Assembly aspirant while appreciating the PDP leadership for their doggedness in keeping the party alive also  urged them to  to bring all together especially now we are going into elections. 

He further posited that indeed Owan West and by extension Edo State is in hands of God.

Auchi Microfinance Bank groans under high customers debt profiles

By DADA AYOKHAI  The management of Auchi Microfinance Bank (AMFB), yesterday, decried the high indebtedness of customers to the bank just as it urges customers to pay up in order to remain in business. Chairman of the financial institution, Hassan Momodu, expressed his resentment at its 22nd and 23rd joint annual general meetings of the bank in Auchi, Edo  According to him "We are using this medium to appeal passionately to our shareholders and the general public that are indebted to us to pay up to reduce our yearly provisioning and improve our profitability”,  Momodu also said that the increase in the fund in the period under review represented a 29 percent improvement on the fund.
