Rumbles in Kess Momoh's family of Auchi over sales of family house

There is presently a rumbling in the famous  Kess Momoh's family of Auchi Kingdom, Etsako West LGA over the sales of the family's house located in Egeleso quarters of the town.

A section of the family led by Ikelebe Ernest Kess momoh had  on behalf of the family, published a  Buyer's Beware  public notice in a State owned newspaper where he  accused a senior member of the  family residing in Benin ,armed with forged papers and conniving with   an Estate agent whom he described with unprintable words with the sole purpose to sell parts of the family house at Kess Momoh's street at  Igelesor axis of the community.

According to Ikelebe Ernest Kess Momoh through the public notice, advised the public to ignore any purported sale of the said property claiming that the building is an ancestral home of the Kess Momoh's family of Auchi.

Again, it also claimed that the property in question  is presently a subject of litigation at an undisclosed court.

Prominent Auchi persons are quite worried over the rumbles in the family and hoping to intervene to save  the family's face.

Auchi Microfinance Bank groans under high customers debt profiles

By DADA AYOKHAI  The management of Auchi Microfinance Bank (AMFB), yesterday, decried the high indebtedness of customers to the bank just as it urges customers to pay up in order to remain in business. Chairman of the financial institution, Hassan Momodu, expressed his resentment at its 22nd and 23rd joint annual general meetings of the bank in Auchi, Edo  According to him "We are using this medium to appeal passionately to our shareholders and the general public that are indebted to us to pay up to reduce our yearly provisioning and improve our profitability”,  Momodu also said that the increase in the fund in the period under review represented a 29 percent improvement on the fund.
